1. General Terms

By registering, accessing, or using KindleX CRM (“the Platform”), you (“the User”, “Client”, or “Customer”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

KindleX CRM is a cloud-based software service owned and operated by QuantumeX Technologies Pvt. Ltd., providing business automation tools such as lead management, customer portal, ticketing, invoicing, and estimate systems.

2. Definitions

  • “Platform” — The KindleX CRM web application, mobile app, and associated services.
  • “User” / “Client” — Any individual or business registered to use the CRM.
  • “Administrator” — The primary account holder or business owner.
  • “Data” — All information, files, or content uploaded or submitted by users.
  • “Support Tickets” — Issues, requests, or complaints submitted through the ticket system.

A. Terms & Conditions for Registration and Customer Portal

1. Account Creation:

  • Users must provide complete and truthful information.
  • Accounts containing false or misleading information may be suspended or terminated.

2. Login Credentials:

  • Users are responsible for keeping their usernames and passwords confidential.
  • Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

3. Data Ownership & Privacy:

  • All customer data belongs to the user.
  • KindleX processes data only for service delivery as per our Privacy Policy.
  • Anonymized usage data may be used to enhance system performance.

4. Usage Policy:

  • The platform must not be used for illegal, fraudulent, or spam activities.
  • Any attempt to exploit or harm the system may result in permanent termination.

5. Billing & Subscription:

  • Paid plans, if applicable, are billed per selected subscription cycle.
  • Non-payment or misuse may result in account suspension.

6. Termination:

  • Either party may terminate the account upon written request.
  • Data export or deletion requests will be honored within 30 days.

B. Terms & Conditions for Web-to-Lead Forms

1. Lead Data Submission:

  • By submitting data through a KindleX CRM web-to-lead form, you consent to data collection and follow-up by the business using the CRM.
  • All submissions are securely transmitted to the associated CRM account.

2. Data Accuracy:

  • Submissions must be accurate and genuine. Fake or spam data may be blacklisted.

3. Usage:

  • The receiving organization may contact you for legitimate business communication or offers.
  • KindleX acts only as a data processor, not the controller.

4. Anti-Spam Policy:

  • Automated or irrelevant mass submissions are strictly prohibited.

C. Terms & Conditions for Ticket Form

1. Ticket Submission:

  • Ticket forms are for genuine technical or service-related issues.
  • Each ticket should describe one specific issue.

2. Response Time:

  • Response time depends on plan level and issue priority.
  • Duplicate submissions may delay responses.

3. Confidentiality:

  • All communications are treated as confidential between client and service provider.

4. Misuse:

  • Abusive or irrelevant messages through ticket forms may result in denial of support services.

D. Terms & Conditions for Estimate Request Forms

1. Purpose:

  • The estimate request form is for obtaining quotes or pricing from businesses using KindleX CRM.

2. Information Validity:

  • The user must ensure all project and contact details are accurate.

3. Non-Binding Nature:

  • An estimate or quote is not a contract unless formally accepted by both parties.

4. Data Handling:

  • Submitted data may be used for communication, quotation preparation, and follow-up.

5. Withdrawal or Edit:

  • Users can modify or withdraw requests before acceptance.

E. Limitation of Liability

KindleX CRM and QuantumeX Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss due to user actions or third-party integrations.
  • Network interruptions or hosting failures.
  • Unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

F. Intellectual Property

  • All content, design, and software within KindleX CRM are the exclusive property of QuantumeX Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
  • Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of any component without permission is prohibited.

G. Amendments

  • We may modify these Terms at any time.
  • Updated terms will be published at https://crm.kindlex.in/terms-and-conditions.
  • Continued use of the platform after such updates indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

H. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal.
